These hook on style bed rails can be used in place of a Twin or Full bed frame in order to attach a hook-on headboard or footboard. For stability, both a headboard and footboard must be used. Our rails are constructed from sturdy steel to provide lasting durability and support for standard sized Twin or Full mattresses and box springs. Does not include slats.
